These terms describe the conditions for using SPOILLESS.
Service
SPOILLESS provides round and map navigation for selected public YouTube and Twitch broadcasts. It uses precomputed round start times and does not host or redistribute the original video.
Video platform terms
By using embedded playback through SPOILLESS, you also agree to the applicable YouTube Terms of Service or Twitch Terms of Service. Video availability, playback, and content are controlled by the platform and relevant content owner.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal viewing. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its security, misuse the round-index data, or use the site to infringe another party's rights.
Accuracy and availability
Round indexes may contain mistakes or become outdated when a video changes or is removed. SPOILLESS may add, change, or remove indexed broadcasts and may be unavailable without notice.
Intellectual property
YouTube and Twitch videos, event names, team names, trademarks, and related materials belong to their respective owners. SPOILLESS does not claim ownership of third-party content.
Archived chat
Selected Twitch VODs may include a read-only replay of public chat synchronized to the broadcast. Messages remain the responsibility of their authors and may be incomplete or unavailable.
